Scott's infectious smile, quick wit and skill with a trowel were unmatched. While Connecticut archaeology will not be the same without him, his endless enthusiasm and remarkable collections will be available for generations to learn from.

I was so saddened to receive the news that Scott had passed. My heartfelt condolences to the Brady family. I have so many fond memories working with Scott over many years. He had the rare qualities to be liked and respected as a leader. A great role model for many at HFD and in life. Rest in peace my friend.

I'll never forget the night before his wedding I slept over his apartment. I was his best man. He was so proud of his new waterbed. It felt like I was sleeping in a raft on the ocean, in rough seas. I somehow got wedged in the wood side panels and I do believe I was Scott's first rescue. I have always loved him, and he was the best man I ever knew. Thank you for the example you set for all of us.

Shocked to hear of Scott's passing so young. We worked together on the HFD for many years. Many good times, many fond memories. May you rest in peace Scott.
