Scott David Cady

A gentle man, Always upbeat and was able to make you smile. His love of family was to be admire. We always had a word to say on golf. There is a new star in heaven that is shining down on us. He is not gone. He is in our hearts.

Scott was always eager to be part of our neighborhood sporting events on Elgin Drive in Tolland ,especially football, even though he was usually the youngest. I will remember his enthusiasm and eagerness to play along with his sense of humor fondly from those days.
My thoughts and condolences to his family.

I first met Scott when as enthusiastic youngster he turned up for Tolland midget football practice when he was about 8 years old. As did all the boys his age he looked lost in his equipment. But from the first, Scott loved football. Every year he returned to play in the midget program and then in the poly program since Tolland High did not yet field a team.
