Mrs. Downing and family, I am so sorry and heartbroken to hear of Scott's passing. We were fraternity brothers at GSW in the 80's and I have so many good memories of Scott. Melissa and family,
Scott and I were roommates and fraternity brothers at GSW. We did not see each often but spoke several times a year by phone, the last time only a couple of weeks ago. I have no doubt that he would have traveled to the ends of the earth if I needed him. He was a true friend and will certainly be missed by many. Only God's love can comfort at a time like this.
