Not sure what to say?

Jayden, Kristie, Joey, two older sons

Two years late. I'll pray for his 3 boys and all; two sons now in high school, and one in middle school, Savanah, GA area with their great-grandfather Charles (C.H.) Forrest, and Kristie (Scott's sister), Scott's/Kristie's mom, and Danella their stepmom (we learned of Scott's passing when a FB page member asked about him and his granddad, but someone said Scott had passed in 2013 and his first wife passed in 2011, so young! We posted obit today where he had attended church in 90's, Ft Worth,...

I just saw this post today on Facebook and my heart is so sad. I was one of Scott's teachers at TBI and loved him dearly. Over the years, I have wondered where he was and even asked others on several occasions, but had never reconnected with him. Wish I could have told him that I thought he had become a wonderful man. His smile, his love for God and his never wavering optimism was contagious. He had the heart of a servant and was a joy to be around, all the time! My prayers go out for...

As many others here, my wife and I also attended T.B.I with Scott. A very sincere, humbled and courageous man of God. I pray for comfort and strength to the entire Forrest family.

Scott used to come in the Doghouse in Travelers Rest, SC for lunch when I worked there. I told him about Texas Bible Institute and never knew he actually went until summer camp the following year. He was a hard worker, always kind to others and eager to share his faith. I'm very sorry for his wife and 3 boys. I pray they grow up to be like the man I knew.

Scott was an unbelievable man! His love for God stood out amongst the rest and he had the ability to make you smile and laugh at a moments notice. I am honored to have known him and love to see that he lives on through his wonderful family and legacy.

Scott and I were classmates at T.B.I. He was a kind man and a servant to all of his classmates. I loved hanging with and doing ministry with Scott. My heart grieves with all that feel this loss. My prayers for comfort will be with his wife and kids.

Hate to read about this. Scott has a wonderful personality. He also was in my brother dorm at TBI. he was always fixing something. "Mr Fix It". Always had a smile on his face. Sending prayers to Scott's family..... He will always be in our hearts. TBI Class of 1996 Rocks!!!! Yeah We Do!!!

Scott was one of "my kids" at TBI. His sense of humor and love for people was always so refreshing and uplifting. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with the entire family.

Along with Manny & David , I also was Scott's dorm brother . When I saw this today my heart grew heavy. Im so sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace my brother.
