As this year comes to an end I am reminded of so many memories of 2013. I am reminded of Scottie and the sadness we all feel from his lost life. I only knew Scott for this past semester and I thought he was the greatest guy. I am roommates with Victoria and he would always come over for dinner, parties or just to say hi. I always enjoyed his company and could see the love between him and Victoria. Vic and I would have many conversations about how great he was and that he was a catch and not to let him go...I am so sorry for your tragic loss. Scott was a guitar student of mine years back--couldn't forget that kid with such a bright personality. He always had a smile on his face and something witty to say. I ran into him when I was playing at Bluefin on Friday nights. I guess he had been living in an apartment upstairs and I told him I hoped the music didn't bother him too much--he said "no, just loved to sit up there and listen." That made my night, and from what I hear it sounds like he made many feel that way. I am so sorry...
