I WORKED AT WHITMER WITH SCOTT UNTIL HIS RETIREMENT. HE WAS ALSO A FELLOW ROBINSON LOCKE BROTHER.

We remember Scott, he and I both attended De Vilbiss High School, I was in a later class , I also was a member of the 180th Tac. Fgt. Gp.,

My condolences to the Roberson family. Scott and I were neighborhood buddies in grade and high school.

Scotty and I worked together in the early days of WGTE-TV Channel 30, when the studio was at the University of Toledo, and later when it moved to the Board of Education Building on Manhattan Boulevard. Scotty was a thoughtful and thorough engineer and a good guy to be around. He smoked a pipe in those days, too--a good pipe. I'll miss him.

My friendship and association with Scott goes back to 1960 when I began my career in broadcasting while still in high school. Scott was then Chief Engineer at the station (WTDS-FM) where I received my basic fundamentals in radio broadcasting.We would later work together at WGTE-TV for many years sharing both good and trying times together. He was my mentor during the early years. For this I am eternally grateful and will long remember his teachings. My condolences are extended to the Roberson...
