Scott Ruhland

I got to know Scott in 2006 while managing the update of the City of Fremont's General Plan. Scott was the staff planner assigned to work on the update; I had the pleasure and good fortune of serving as his supervisor for several years. I appreciated and relied on his land use planning expertise and his good sense and judgment.
