Not sure what to say?

Never forgotten. Thanks for the great memories.

It feels like you just left this earth, I cant believe it has been 5 years! You are thought of everyday. You are loved by many.

Five years ago today a beautiful glow was extinguished from this earth to glow in heaven. We still miss you with every breath, Patrick. You were and are loved by the many you touched.

Until we meet again, know complete peace, Baby Boy. (You LOVED when I calles you that. Right!!)

I cannot believe it has almost been a year that we have been without Pat. Pat and i had grown up together since we were just 7 years old, and is part of some of the best times of my life. He has been missed more than he could ever know. You are in our prayers.

We thought of Pat on his birthday.
We continue to keep Pat and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Pat, Amy and Lauren,
We are so sorry to hear about Patrick's passing. Our hearts are breaking for you and your Family. Although it has been 10 years since we were all last together some of our fondest memories are being in Columbus and spending time with all of you. Pat, I have the fondest memories of playing Basketball with you and Patrick at the Pool. All of us are praying for you that God finds a way to help heal your hearts. God Bless you and your entire Family.

To Graham Family.
My prayers and thoughts are with your family.Keep god close to your heart only he can help with time.

Graham family,
I graduated with Pat in 2003 and he was truly a joy to be around. He loved to smile and have fun but had a serious and though provoking side as well. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers and Pat will truly be missed by many.

Pat, Amy & Lauren,
I'm so sorry for your loss of Pat. He was a great young man. I remember him coming down to our house to play basketball with Zac. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Brian, Sandi & Kellee Fagan
