Every time Halloween comes around I think of my dear sweet aunt Selma and her birthday.

Alice, I just went looking for your contact information, and saw that your beautiful Mamma has died. I am so sorry for your loss. So many memories of your family and your house on Belmont Drive. And I leave you with one of both of your parents. It's dinner time. We are sitting down, and Jack says: "Selma, this is a beautiful piece of meat, a beautiful piece of meat." And she, in my memory, just smiled. Maybe beamed. They were both forces of nature and charasmatic. Love love, Your Jilly

To my Waltzer Cousins, Shalom,
Your Mom was a loving and warm auntie to me throughout my childhood and adult life. I remember that so well. I know that you will remember her always with the love and kindness of the wonderful Mom she was.
