My deepest condolences to Shafqat's family on his passing away. May Allah bless him eternal peace in Jannah and give strength to the family to bear the loss. He was a very affectionate senior with a very caring and loving attitude. Will be greatly missed.

I spent five years with Shafqat in Cadet College, Hasan Abdal, a boarding school. And then had a chance to meet him a few times in our adult life after long intervals. He was always a very thoughtful, empathetic brilliant, engaging, fun and pleasant persona--a truely delightful human being. I had known Shafqat Ali Khan since our high school days at cadet College Hasan Abdal in Pakistan. He was a kind hearted human-being, a great basketball player and an exceptional leader. Last, we net was in Washington DC before COVID for lunch. I egret thst we couldn't get in touch due to incorrect phone # during his illness.
