I want to offer my deepest sympathies to Judy and Shannon's family. After retirement from Hallmark, Shannon and Judy would frequently visit the art supply store within Hallmark. They were both a delight to see and assist. Shannon always had very positive and encouraging things to say and was always funny. His family members came up in nearly all conversations.
