My condolences to the Dougherty family. I knew Shawn through the IAFCI. I enjoyed a few meals and a few beers with Shawn. Rest in peace my friend.

My sincere condolences to the Dougherty family. I was a fellow Fiji with Shawn at Hampden-Sydney and was a guest at the Dougherty house during that time. I will remember him with his constant smile and Springsteen playing in the background. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Donna and family, I am so sorry to hear of Shawns' passing - but finally he is no longer suffering in pain!!! It was heart breaking watching him sometimes even try and move. Shawn I can't believe you are not in the family room waiting for us all to walk in the door to watch a sporting event or to celebrate a holiday or birthday. You better give us strength to get through these tough without you.
