Shirley L. Botting

I attended the University of Arizona with Bryan and Sara Foulk in the mid and late 1970's (...and 80's, I was in the eight year degree program). Being from Chicago and having no real family in the Southwest they invited me to Thanksgiving dinner at Sara's parents house probably around 1980 or so. My first memory of Harold and Shirley (I'm not sure if they were at that Thanksgiving or not, but they probably were) was a year or two later when they invited me to share Thanksgiving with them...

I am glad that Shirley and Harold were able to spend some of their retirement years here in Tucson, and we were able to spend holidays together. I have many fond memories of them both.
