Not sure what to say?

A CLASSY lady and great neighbor!

I was just thinking about Shirley McIvor and she was asst principal when I went to E.C.Glass and she was a wonderful woman and a friend I really loved her she was always so good to me! She did something really nice and special for me but that's between me and her! But there wasn't a better person than her! I just wish I could have seen her before she passed away and most of my family is in Spring Hill Cemetery and so will I be one day beside my mom and dad who passed away when I was a kid!...

To any and all of us who attended Glass, Ms. McIvor was as sturdy a part of the school as the building itself. She will be remembered with fondness!

Sorry for the news of Shirley's death. She was an awesome neighbor full of joy that she shared graciously. George and Sylvia

Dear Shirley, I'm so glad I was able to walk the last miles of your journey with you. It was my pleasure to be with you, had many great laughs and talks. I would always wear my dresses for you, because you would ask others "where is that girl that wears these pretty clothes" Shirley, I love you and miss you will hold you in my heart till we meet again. I pray you did find my parents and gave them my Message I whispered to you. With love for you Vicky Gilbert

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My condolences to the family in their loss.

My deepest sympathy to her family. Shirley was a big part of my life in the earlier years. We attended Sunday school together as well as school . Later we were neighbors and played bridge for many years. She will be missed by many people.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
