Patricia and I will always remember the gift that Shirley Moss was to us in the time that I served as pastor of Pine Valley UMC. Her spirit was glorious- loving, supportive, generous. Knowing what life was like as a pastor's wife she and Patricia had many conversations about both the joys and the struggles of being in that role. I seen your Mother's obituary in the newspaper this morning. I wil always remember visiting your Grandmother (Aunt Mattie) and Grandfather (Uncle Leonard) and your Mom and Dad at Harwood, WV. Your Dad and my Dad joined the Boomer Methodist Church at the same time. I have a group picture taken of you and me and other children at the Church. Prayers and love to you and family.
