Shirley came into my office many years ago and told me that Dennis was having his first professional fight and I was going to be the fight doctor. She had unknown to me , signed me up with the fight commission. Dennis won the fight and I continued on as a fight doctor for many years. She was a lady who would not take no for an answer!
