Shirley B. Sketers

Mrs. Sketers will be miss. I pray that you find comfort as you go through this difficult time.

I want to send my prayers for the family, I didn't know her for long only a couple times at a birthday party for a friends mom. I know she is in the lords hand now. She was a very pleasant and joy to talk to.

Skeeter, we just wanted to let you know how saddened we are to hear about Shirley. It will be strange not to see her sitting on that porch and waving as we go by. You will be in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this transition period. Our hearts go out to you and all the family.

Albert, I'm sorry to hear about this. Those of us who worked together, and helped take care of Shirley, still speak of her often. She's just someone you will never forget. It's a shame to hear she has passed.

She was a great lady-in her need to be a part of this society.
A person who always treated me right-a thoughtful person in life.
One day she met this man-and to do life, she took Alberts hand.
Together they walked- sharing love, joy, as they talked.
Her heart was kind, his heart free-they became a blended family.
She loved Albert, her mother, her kids-this was the reason...

Albert, I hope you remember me. I worked with you at Possum Trot in the 80's and remember you well. I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my husband, Joe this year. I know how you feel. Take good care of yourself. Knowing you, Shirley is with our Lord and Savior.
