Shrinagesh Kolar Obituary
(1965-2013)
A man of charisma and charm, Shrinagesh Kolar passed away on Jan. 6, 2013, as he was surrounded by his dear ones until his very last breath. Only son of Srikanta and Sita Iyer, Shrinagesh took on the world of business and successfully made his family and friends proud of his brilliance. After residing in Stony Point of Rockland County, Shrinagesh was able to connect with his various passions, ranging from cooking to gardening to hosting gatherings. As they say, the good ones really do go too soon. Shrinagesh's affectionate persona and bright smile will be greatly missed in all of our hearts. You are welcome to honor Shrinagesh's memory by attending his viewing which will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City from 10am to 11:30am. Services will be held following the visitation at 12pm at the funeral home followed by cremation at Ferncliff Crematory.

It's just like yesterday in yuvanika.. in Bangalore he shared a business from the stage ..the smile . The charm and confidence..which has left a permanent imprint on my memory. Have only met few times but he made sure it was warm..heart to heart.. missing him ,his smile ,his love.. his friendship..

I'm deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Negash, he genuinely was a good hearted man. I wish I had taken him up on his offer to spend more time together as friends. I wish all the best for his entire family. I know how much they loved him!

We are truly saddened by nagesh's death. Nagesh was more than just a friend; he was an amazing person. he was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity.
His passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. nagesh's memory will always remain deep within our heart.

I was shocked to hear this profoundly sad news today. My heart and prayers go out to Nagesh's entire family and friends. I will miss my friend dearly. He was funny, refreshing, and had such a great way of looking at life. Most important to him were his two beautiful children, of which he was most proud. An amazing businessman, he taught me to never give up, be persistent, and enjoy life.
