Sidney Lapp Obituary
Feb. 28, 1937 - Sept. 27, 2009
Sidney Irene Lapp, 72, of Sarasota, formerly of Lancaster, Pa., died Sept. 27, 2009.
Visitation is from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, with services to follow at the funeral home. Interment will be at Palms Memorial Park.
Survivors include sons Tom of Lancaster, Pa., and Mark of Gordonville, Pa.; a daughter, Debbie Morgan of Lancaster, Pa.; brothers Bernard A. Walker Jr. of Italy and Allen Walker of Nashville, Tenn.;
a son-in-law, Tim Morgan of Lancaster, Pa.; grandchildren Tim Morgan Jr., Cassandra Morgan and Nathan Morgan, all of Lancaster, Pa.; and her aunt, Theresa Zymnis of Lancaster, Pa. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Thomas Lapp; her parents, Bernard A. Walker Sr. and Sadie Rohlf Walker; and sisters Sylvia Kennel and Letty Stouch.
She was employed with Palm Aire Country Club for the past 25 years.

The human race is one that has to deal with certain emotions. unfortunately sadness due to the loss of a loved one is among a very long list. Irene's spirit will live with me for the rest of my life.... for those who never got to meet her, i would like to share the positive impact that she made in my life. Her kindness as well as her genuineness were and will always be her best features. although i didnt know her very long, my heart felt like she was a part of my own family. There is not an existing term to describe you and the amazing person that i discovered in you. Irene, rest in peace... your memory will forever last. thank you for being you!
