Sierra Alexis Curley, our sweetest angel, has left her earthly body on August 4, 2023 at the young age of 26. Sierra was the treasured daughter of Michael Curley and Marcelina Verdad, and loving big sister of Olivia, Sophia, and Tylar. Sierra was adored by her grandparents Mike and Anita Curley, and Mark and Linda Smith. She was also the loving niece of Casey and Emily Smith, Adam and Kelley Curley, Derrick and Brienne Fey, and an adoring cousin of Snow and Astrid Smith, Maeve and Ellis Curley, Ava and Grayson Fey, Megan, Elizabeth, and Will Veringa. Tender auntie to Wolfgang.
Sierra was born from and into love on October 23, 1996. Sierra filled our lives with joy with all of her sweet hugs and kisses and her vibrant, shining presence. Her talent was overwhelming. It seemed that no matter what she did, she excelled. She enjoyed ballet and other forms of dance, violin, soccer, art, multiple languages, and she was known for her deep love of horses and her rescue dogs. She loved crafting things for her family and friends out of anything she could get her hands on. Her creative mind and spirit radiated with bright, welcoming energy. When Sierra entered a room, her beautiful smile and personality made everyone feel special. Her most passionate dream was to own her own horses and have a family with children on a farm one day.
Sierra will be immensely missed by all who loved her. Until we see you again, sweet angel, you will be forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 15th from 5:00 – 7:00PM at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home 10211Plainfield Road Cincinnati, OH 45241. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 16th at 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Church 341 Taylor Avenue, Bellevue, KY 41073. Please meet at Church. Parking is available at the School on Division Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital www.stjude.org or to the Cincinnati Local Humane Society, www.spcacincinnati.org.

To the Curley family and all the loved ones touched by Sierra’s warmth in her 26 years on earth, we are praying for you. I hadn't met Sierra. Our daughter, Sarah did many times.
