Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear so late that Simon has passed away. I think of him often when I use the rice maker he gave me years ago. It's still working fine! I'll always remember the respect and kindness you had towards everyone. I feel honored to have known him.

Simon was one of a kind to work with in the Assessing Department. He would answer any question you had and then would follow up with old Chinese Proverb.I would always shake his hand and say thank you sir. He was one of the smartest and hardest working of the Assessing Department. My thoughts and prayers for you and your family. May you rest in peace my friend....

It is a sad day indeed in the City of Boston! Our friend Simon was a pillar of strength each day he walked through the revolving City Hall doors. It was an honor to have worked with Simon for the past 22 years and I already miss his hello and smile each morning. May God bless your family and give them strength through these most difficult days….........and I know you will have many stories to tell Ann-Marie Tierney and Bobby Wong as they await your arrival to the heavens above!

Simon might be gone from our sight, but not from our hearts....

Simon greeted me with a very warm and cordial 'good-morning'and said to me, "you didn't expect so foreign" we both laughed, and have continued to do this for the past 23 years. Simon has been a...

Simon was a great man always looked out for his co-workers.
With all his pain and suffering he alway had a smile. My God Bless his Family. He will always be remeber in the Assessing Dept.

THANK you for your example you have set. To carry on in peace, to live daily, to handle adversity on your terms, to be gentlemanly at all times..unmatched, yet a goal for us fourty somethings to strive to be as we age. THANK you to your wonderful family for sharing a husband, father, brother, uncle with the City of Boston Assessing Dept.

Simon always had a smile and a kind word for all of us in the Assessing Department. It was an honor to work with him. We will miss him. My deepest sympathy go out to his family.

Simon was a wonderful man who despite all of his pain and suffering always found a way to smile or make someone else smile. He was very proud of his children and his family - he will always remembered by our family - thanks for all of the great memories Simon - we'll miss you.
