Sondra Hammack

Sondra greatly influenced my life as a young 20 year old on his own for the first time. When I first moved to NM, the Hammack home was a welcome refuge for me and so many others over the years. Sondra was perhaps the warmest, most welcoming, and inclusive soul I have every known. I have filled my own home with the warmth of plants as a result of her inspiration in the way she decorated her home. Her memory will live on with me forever.

Some Things that I Love Most about my Mother Unconditional love for everything she came across to know. Nurturing all living things with her mind her body and soul. Wisdom to know that kindness is the skeleton key to happiness to unlock any and all closed doors. Dog whisperer and mother hen adopting in injured, maimed or wayward ones providing the security of home. Caring for and feeding everyone, all creatures great and small. She had a knack to make all living things thrive and...

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Hammack family. We were fortunate to have David install the electricity in our Corrales home 45 years ago. Our paths crossed many times with the Hammack family throughout the years. Adriana (Janie) Foris
