Dear Marian & Shelley & family: I was very sorry to read about the passing of your dear mom/grandmother. I remember her – she was a very sweet and energetic woman and I’m sure you will miss her very much. It’s tough to lose a mother – my mom died 6 years ago and there is not one day that goes by that I don’t think of her. I was very sorry to hear of Mrs. Papp's passing. I live on Finn Street in Fairfield down the street from where your mother lived. She use to cut through our street to go to church or to get up Black Rock Turnpike. One Saturday morning sixteen years ago she cut through and rescued me my and two babies Thomas who was 3 and Allison was a baby. I was in my car in the driveway which is on a hill,after putting the children in their car seats I went to start the car, the car would not start and...
