Kerstin, Rebecca and the entire Block family, I was saddened to hear of the passing of Spencer. He was a wonderful and generous man. I will always be thankful for my time working with such a kind soul. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I worked for Spencer (along with Kerstin and Rebecca too.) Spencer was a great boss and a outstanding friend. He taught me so much, and showed me the way to personal strength, which enable me to start my own business. I will miss he so. Love and light to Kerstin, Rebecca, Block family and friends and all the staff at Buffalo Exchange, you are all in my heart and prays.

I worked with Spencer (along with Kerstin, Rebecca and Patricia), for many years on various corporate and franchise legal matters. He was always wonderful to work with, was so sharp and had such a great approach to business. I will truly miss him although I have full confidence in those he left behind. Its always a challenge to write an obituary that reflects the person and this obituary is the best I have ever seen in this regard. His family and friends are in my thoughts.
