I was a student at East Hampton High School and while in chorus he kept stopping us and said he could hear someone off key( I knew he heard my horrible singing voice) so I just mouthed the words and never sang out loud again!!! lol I had only hoped that one day I could sing for him in chorus again but in tune and on key!!! MARY JANE STUMPH-LOHMEIER As Stafford´s sister I have known him longer than anyone else. We grew up together in Florida but then went our separate ways after school. I remember him as witty, caring, talented, trustworthy and devoted to his family. He never met a stranger (like our dad Woody) and enjoyed spinning tales of happenings of friends and family.
