Dr. Darrow was my attending at Flushing hospital when I was a resident in 2002. Over the years we were attendings on the same day. It is with great sadness that I heard of his passing. I admired and greatly respected Dr. Darrow's wisdom and his love of his family and the arts. May your family know that you are wonderful, well-respected, and missed by so many.

When I starting teaching in the Operative Dentistry Department of NYU College of Dentistry in 1972 Stanley was an existing legend in the department. He was renown for his academic acuity, clinical skill, and for being a mensch during a time when menschen were in short supply. He remained a gentleman until the end. I will miss him. My condolences to his dear family and all his friends.

He was a true second father to me and a wonderful Papa for my children. We will miss him greatlyly. I am glad we had so much time together and it brings us great comfort to think of him reunited with his late, dear wife.

Dr.Darrow was my dentist for many years. He took excellent care of me. We would listen to Jazz while he was working on me.. He would tell great stories about Jazz history or we talk about other things. He was definately one of the Greatest generation. May his soul soar like an eagle. Healing prayers & thoughts to his family and friends.
Fondly,

My deepest sympathies to the entire Darrow family. Stanley was a wonderful, caring man and I am honored to have known him. Whenever I hear a banjo I will think of him knowing how much he loved his music! God Bless Stan and now he is reunited with his beloved Vivienne!
