On this day remembering Dr, Stanley Darrow - I miss his humor and his smile and laughter. He was a great man and we were all so lucky to have had him in our lives.

Dr. Darrow was my attending at Flushing hospital when I was a resident in 2002. Over the years we were attendings on the same day. It is with great sadness that I heard of his passing. I admired and greatly respected Dr. Darrow's wisdom and his love of his family and the arts. May your family know that you are wonderful, well-respected, and missed by so many.

When I starting teaching in the Operative Dentistry Department of NYU College of Dentistry in 1972 Stanley was an existing legend in the department. He was renown for his academic acuity, clinical skill, and for being a mensch during a time when menschen were in short supply. He remained a gentleman until the end. I will miss him. My condolences to his dear family and all his friends.

Dr.Darrow was my dentist for many years. He took excellent care of me. We would listen to Jazz while he was working on me.. He would tell great stories about Jazz history or we talk about other things. He was definately one of the Greatest generation. May his soul soar like an eagle. Healing prayers & thoughts to his family and friends.
Fondly,
Meredith Sirna

Dr. Darrow was our dentist for many years and our children's first dentist. He always had a gentle smile and a "quack quack" for the kids to put them at ease. Our sincere condolences to his family. He will be missed

The loveliest, kindest, nicest, smartest, funniest and most talented man I had the privilege to know my whole life. A lifelong great friend to both of my parents. A Super Mensch. I am lucky to have a second generation friendship with Jon because of our parents (he was a wonderful Dad to his sons). We lost a great one. May the whole family be warmed by how much he was adored. I will always see that smile when I think of him. Oh, those White Meadow bonds. Goodbye Stan.
Always, Dale Greenfeld
