Huri and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. My condolences, thoughts and prayers for you all. I loved working with Stan and supporting him as his admin. He will be greatly missed!

Stan was a kind mentor with a sparkle in his eye and a chuckle on his lips. He took me under his wing when I was an intern. I am so sorry for your loss. The world is a little less bright without him in it.

Stan truly was a renaissance man, with the kindest soul. Always the patient teacher, I learned a lot about arms control from Stan, not just at the policy level, but at a detailed and intricate implementation level; things that you can only learn from those who had his depth of experience. I will always cherish that and use his teachings as best I'm able. My sincerest condolences to Huri and the entire Fraley family.

Huri and family,

My condolences on your loss. I always admired Stan. For all his accomplishments, Stan remained humble and friendly and always willing to provide assistance. He will certainly be missed. I hope your current sorrows will be quickly replaced with fond and happy memories. May God hold you in his comforting hands.

Huri and family,
I am so sorry for your loss.
