It was a pleasure to join Stan and Lucetta at the Houston conference of the Association of Major Symphony Orchestra Volunteers (AMSOV). He loved the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and his creativity was an inspiration to the volunteers and the aspiring students. We will miss him.

It was my extreme pleasure to work with Stan on both Amber Waves and Manions of America. Stan flew to New York to oversee the ADR for Manions and to make sure that his brand-new star, Pierce Brosnan, was being well taken care of. Stan was like that...totally concerned with the wellbeing of those he worked with. He was a kind and gentle man in a business not noted for such things.
