Dearest Lucetta,
I am so sorry for your loss. Stan was a wonderful man, caring and loving. Many moons ago, when I met Stan (and you,) in your home in Santa Monica, it was for one the family get together at Christmas and the night I was introduced to the family. Stan was very nice to me, helping me to fit in and I really appreciated the help. I will miss his joviality and his wonderful smile that was infectious. I have always considered myself fortunate for the years being part of the family; it was always such a treat to see Stan and you.
Most Sincerely and with Love,
Monica Gutierrez Roper

Dear Lucetta, I met Stanley when you hosted one of the many Opera League events in your house. What a satisfaction to have had a great life, a great love and a great legacy.
Love,
Stan loved the LA Philharmonic.

It was a pleasure to join Stan and Lucetta at the Houston conference of the Association of Major Symphony Orchestra Volunteers (AMSOV). He loved the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and his creativity was an inspiration to the volunteers and the aspiring students. We will miss him.

It was my extreme pleasure to work with Stan on both Amber Waves and Manions of America. Stan flew to New York to oversee the ADR for Manions and to make sure that his brand-new star, Pierce Brosnan, was being well taken care of. Stan was like that...totally concerned with the wellbeing of those he worked with. He was a kind and gentle man in a business not noted for such things. I truly loved working for him...and I truly loved Stan. A rare and wonderful man who found joy in his work, but who mostly found his happiness in his family.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)
