Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family of Dr Shapiro. I, just a few days ago learned of his passing and wanted to pay my respects. I started working in Urgent Care at Kaiser Panorama City in 1989 and met Dr Shapiro when he would periodically work evening shifts in the Emergency Walk In area 101. He always had a smile and a kind word for the nurses and I am happy to have known him .He was a great Infectious Disease doctor and loved by all; not only his patients but his Kaiser family.

Doctor Shapiro was my personal physician since I first tested positive for HIV, in 1991. I could not have asked for a better doctor. From the very beginning, he always treated me with the greatest of respect and consideration. He never spoke down to me and always spent as much time as necessary to deal with any concerns, both medically and personally, I may have had. We were born just days apart, in 1949, and shared a great camaraderie. I will miss him terribly.

A great...

Please except my deepest sympathies to you and your family at this time of grieving. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Judy and Family I am so sorry for your loss please accept my deepest sympathy. It has been so many years since we last had contact but I still did gasp when I saw Stanley's name. May you always remember the happy times when you were all together.
Shalom

I worked with Stan, during my many years at Kaiser, in infection prevention and control. He was such a delight and our champion. I have so much respect and admiration for Stan. I am deeply saddened by his passing.

Stan was the strongest supporter and most constant presence for Kaiser’s national infection prevention peer group (nurses). He was brilliant and funny and compassionate and passionate. I loved him as did my colleagues. He was one in a million and will be truly missed ❤

Dr.S. was always so kind to my son who has HIV.he tested him with dignity..prayers for his family..he was a kind man to his co workers..
