STANLEY TANANBAUM Obituary

TANANBAUM--Stanley (Skipper). Ricki Conway and her husband Robert Conway mourn the passing of her beloved father Stanley (Skipper) Tananbaum on April 15, 2016 at the age of 95. Predeceased by his adoring wife of 74 years Doris Tananbaum, Stanley is lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Laurence and Beth Zuriff and Bryan and Monica Zuriff and his great-grandchildren Sophie, Jason, Alexa, Maxine, Jordana and Jasper. Skip was a man who lived life to the fullest. He was a World War II Navy Pilot, transatlantic regatta racer, avid skier, world traveler, business leader and philanthropist. His joie de vivre will be deeply missed by all.

We are sorry about Mr. Tananbaum's passing.
We knew Stanley for 46 years, doing all his residential electrical work since. Starting with the wiring of the new pool-house.
He was one of my nicest costumers, a real mensch, always pleasant, never looking for shortcuts when requesting electrical work.
Furthermore, Stanley always was a happy, friendly man, I was always happy to to see and have a chat with.

Susan and I are devestated by the loss of our parents' lifelong friend and fellow Fenway member, Stanley Tananbaum. As a young man growing up, both Doris and Stanley were very kind to me and continued to be after I lost my own parents. My condolences to the entire Tananbaum family. Your Dad - and mother - were gracious, kind, caring, and compassionate to family and friends alike. We miss them both.
