Chief, You were one of the Great Chiefs I have had thr pleasure to deal with. You were fair to your personnel, and willing to listen to new ideas. You were an influential part of the Fire Service in the Monadnock Reagion. I am very sorry to hear of your passing. Please rest easy and be sure we will all take it from here in your memory.

Saddened to learn of Steve's passing. I have fond memories of the Blacks and Fuller Brook Rd. Danny, Chris, and Matt playing football in our backyard. Labor Day cookouts. Steve was a strong, quiet, reserved man
