Not sure what to say?

To Ingrid, Steven, Caitlan, and everybody who loved Steve, it is hard to put into words how Steve´s warmth, hospitality, and commitment to his family shown through for all of us who were lucky to call him family. I wish I could be there with you through this time. God will always have a light on for Steve in the peaceable kingdom. Love, Ryan

We will miss the Rensselaer crew!

I have many memories of Steve and I growing up in Nassau. My condolences to his family. He will be dearly missed.

Living Spirit Dishgarden

My heart goes out to Ingrid, Caitlan, and Stephen. Just a few months ago, I was chatting with Steve at our 40th high school reunion. We both grew up in Nassau, and he was asking about my mom (who also knew his dad). I was shocked to hear of his passing. It's hard to believe it. He was a good man and was taken from us too soon. I'm in Boston, so I can't attend his services, but my thoughts are with your entire family.

My sincere condolences to the entire Blydenburgh family. His pain is gone. May your sorrow be lessened by loving memories that will live on in you.

To Steve´s wife and family, I am so sorry,

I will miss Steve´s kindness, advice and presence in the neighborhood. My condolences to the Blydenburgh family and his many friends.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and co workers. He was an incredible person who made a big difference in everyone´s world and touched so many.He will be greatly missed Rip Steve fly high my friend.
