Not sure what to say?

To the family of Steve...Our deepest sympathy...I worked as an actor for Steve in the Mario/Mary and Nathan/Nina weddings...I was the mother of the bride and did many gigs with him...He always wanted people to laugh and just loved to see their faces ...He loved my acting as he would tell my six children what a good actor i was...I enjoyed doing those shows so much ... he wanted me to go to Vegas and do some acting as well...I had children to "watch over"...we were in touch all the time...Jan...

My family offer our deepest sympathy to Jan and the rest of the Dacri Family. We have known and loved Steve for many years. Our daughter babysat Jessie, My wife was in one of Steve's first magic videos and we saw him when ever he was in town. He was a magnificant performer and a great friend. My famliy and I will miss him deeply.

Steve, rest in peace my friend, I will see you on the other side, and then you can explain to me how you pulled that dove from my ear back at North High School in 1970.

Fran, I'm very sorry to hear this.
I was Steve's neighbor throughout our Childhood. I remember that he always had " something up his sleeve ". I remember the magic shows he put on for the neighborhood kids when he was only a kid. None of us were surprised that he ended up doing this for his career.

Again Sorry

I remember Steve from North HIgh School...he would sit at our lunch table and do his magic card tricks and we would just stare in wonder. He was a sweet and lovable person. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.......
RIP STEVEN....

When I was playing Bozo the Clown on New England TV in the early 70s, this skinny 18-year old kid came to audition for a spot on the show. He wowed me and everybody else, and he became a regular on "Bozo's Big Top". Steve and I remained friends to this day, always catching up with each other when he came back east, or my family catching his show at Caesar's. I loved the man...talented, generous with his time, genuinely funny and gregarious...a great friend. I hope the world gets to see his...

Having bought many magic tricks from Stephen's store back in the 70's, My Dad and I had seen and witnessed his greatness as a professional magician and were not surprised to learn of his stardom in Las Vegas. The thing that made the world so small was the fact that Stephen used to actually babysit my wife and her sibblings in their preteen years and try out his magic on them! Little did they know that they were one of his first practice audiences that would eventually grow to thousands.

We met Steve when he warmed up audiences for The Barbara Mandrell Show taped at Gower Studios in Hollywood. Every major artist sought Steve out so they could learn 'one great trick' to have with them forever. Steve's generosity and warmth showed in every part of his life. He 'hosted' a spectacular birthday party for our then 11 year old son at the Magic Castle where David Hasselhoff was one of the amazed and delighted 'kids'. Al directed his Magic Video series where he introduced people to...

Steve,
You will always live in our hearts! Rest in peace.
