Not sure what to say?

My memories of Steve bring tears to my eyes. Being a younger cousin, I looked up to him as a role model. He was always a leader. Always brilliant. Always stood out as someone with a destiny. My admiration turned into respect, the older I became. Respect for the sacrifice, the selflessness, the commitment given to others throughout his life. Godspeed cousin. Peace. Rest.

Rest in peace, until we all meet again.

It was a great honor to work with Mr. Dillard. He sacrificed so much and served his country proud. We will miss him terribly. May God bless his soul and keep him safe in heaven.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. May fond memories of...
