This saddens me in a way that I can't begin to explain. I was 16 when I met Dr. Farmer. & he was my doctor until he retired in July. I'm about to be 47. So I knew him for the majority of my life. I feel that it's because of him that I'm still here. It hurt me when he retired. But this crushes my soul & my spirit. I will be eternally grateful to him & he will forever be missed...... Dr Farmer was truly one of the best doctors my family has ever known. He was so caring and compassionate. He has seen my special needs daughter for years and she just loved him. He always took his time to make sure he explained every thing to us and wanted to know if we had any questions. He also took care of my Mother years ago when she was admitted to the ER.. We will miss him so much. My prayers for his family.

Just got word this morning that Dr. Stephen Farmer passed away a week ago Saturday. Prayers and Sympathy are extended to his family, friends and co-workers. He was my Doctor for nearly 40 years and Jim's for about 8 years and considered one of the best. He was not only your Dr., he was your friend. Rest in Peace our Doctor and Friend.
