Shirley and children,
I am so sorry for your loss. It has been over thirty years since we sold Dunn's Store (Formerly Faynor's.) I can't believe how quickly the time has passed. All the children are grown up and we're grandparents.
John died last October. He, and Steve, have gone on to a better place. May you find comfort in God and enjoy your life because it passes very quickly.

It was an honor and a privilege to have been one of Steve's employees at the IGA in Monroe. He cared a great deal about his customers and his employees and I learned much from him. My deepest sympathies to all of you.
