Not sure what to say?

As someone involved in KPFT Fm 90.1 from it's days in the Atlanta Life Insurance building through 20 years of participation, I can say that Steve and Margie Glaser were the two primary people that added vision and common sense, as well as making sure the lights stayed on many times, to the history of KPFT. In fact, Margie gave me my first position in radio management, Program Director, and I even worked for Steve at one of his Dow supply subsidiaries before working under J P Pritchard in...

Steve Glaser was a gentle giant. He had a wonderful way with words and was always there if you really needed a hand.
He was quick to share his wisdom and loved his family very much.
I feel privileged to have known him and to consider him a friend.
He was a stalwart defender and supporter of KPFT, Houston's 90.1 FM Pacifica Radio and was involved in it from the very earliest days.
He and his lovely wife, Margie, were 2 of the first people I came to know at KPFT. Both of them were...

Steve was a friend to me when I needed one at KPFT. He was wise & kind. I miss him & Margie and think of them often.

Barbara and Robert,

We are very sorry for your loss. We feel privileged to say that we knew him and he will be deeply missed.

My sincere sympathies to Steve's family.
I have worked and became friends with Steve starting in 1969.

Condolenses to all of Steve's Family and Friends. He was equally a great person to know and work with, to be missed by all that knew him. Quiet the innovator among many other talents that Steve had! My prayers for his Family and Friends.

Sincerely, Danny Witte

Steve was my customer but also my friend. He was always asking about my family and telling me about his. He realy cared about people. His children had the best. I am going to miss Steve a lot but will always remember our talks and the lessons I learned from a very good man. Thank you Steve for being my friend.

Dad, your positive attitude toward life and loved ones was inspirational to all that knew you. You never had a disparaging word for anyone and brought out the best in everyone around you. You made an impression on everyone you met that will not soon be forgotten. We will miss you always.

To the family of Steve Glaser I am sorry for your loss. Steve hired me as his receptionist at EPSCO in 1971. I always appreciated everything he did for me.
