I had the pleasure of serving with Dr. Greiner at the Naval Hospital 29 Palms CA 1973-1975; He was not only a understanding and outstanding physician but a friend who guided me through a rough time in my life. RIP

Having moved to Lincoln, NE from NYC to attend UNL, I met Steve along with Bing Chen. We socialized together, eating at the same dining hall, playing basketball, etc. Steve was very friendly - easy for others to like. Stephanie was a gentleman with great integrity, kind-hearted, soft spoken, he loved the Lord, he was very tall but so gently as a soft teddy bear.
