Not sure what to say?

Steve and I became friends at Rollins in 1956 and stayed friends in all the ensuing years. He was the epitome of a genuinely good man. Of course, I recall his enthusiasm for sports , both as a player and as a spectator. But there was far more to him than that. What has always stood out in my memories of Steve is that he was a genuinely good person. I never heard him speak disparingly about a person. He was a gentle human being in all definitions of that phrase. I can only guess at the...

I met Steve and became a friend of his from his earliest days at Rollins and remained a friend from that time on. We shared attending several athletic events together and many dinners. He was a gentle soul with a wonderful disposition. I will miss him.

Deepest sympathy to family and friends during this difficult time. May you receive comfort and peace from above. Hosea 13:14

Dear Family of Steve,

I knew Steve first as my broker for 25 years and later as a friend. Whenever we met he would talk about his family and the Rangers (usually in that order). He was a good friend, fine man, great broker and a fine human being. Our condolences.

In this time of sorrow and pain, please accept my deepest sympathies along with God's comforting words found at 2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17. May God's words bring you comfort, peace and joy.

It was always a joy to walk into any Merrill Lynch event and see Steve. His kindness and lust for life were infectious. My condolences to the family for the loss of a very special man.

will always remember that great smile and warm outgoing personality. After our discussions on the state of new york sports especially his beloved Rangers , he would always leave my office with a wink and a hug man to man. He will surely be missed.

Dear Melissa and Mark,
Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you both and your families during this very difficult time. May peace be with you in the near future as you relive and laugh at all of the wonderful memories of your father who I was lucky to meet and spend an afternoon with.
