I met Stephen when I was 16 at Eastover when he joined some of the other Southie boys there for vacation. My friends and I all immediately fell in love with him because of his infectious personality and goofy sense of humor. We all lived on the South Shore, and our parents are from Southie, so when we all came home we frequently drove into Southie to hang with Stephen and the other guys.
