Not sure what to say?

Well I never thought to stumble on this, but I had Mr. Milne, as we called him, at Peet Junior High as a science teacher, and I can tell you we all loved him as a quiet but encouraging science teacher me and my compatriots always loved him for. Loved his interest in science, it kindled such interest in all of us, and by "us" I mean the eventual class of 1975, Kurt Kruse, Michael Connelly, Steven Risting, Daryl Kress, and myself, Mark Finkelstein. So sorry to see that he passed, but even...

Mr. Milne was my Biology teacher at CFHS in 1974. He was my favorite teacher ever, so patient, loved to explain things so everyone could understand them, when he became a dentist, I was shocked, back then, I didn't know a teacher could be a dentist!! So, when I needed serious dental work done, I started seeing Dr. Milne. I had the biggest fear of dentists, and somehow, he managed to ease through what he was going to do, when my infant son was injured and I had an appointment with Dr....

Kim, Kate and Ben, My heart and prayers are with you. Steve served his community not only through his dental practice but as a volunteer. Cedar Valley Preschool and Child Care Center was lucky to have him as a board member and advocate. He was just a great guy and will be missed.

I was so saddened to read of Steve´s death. He was one of the really good people. I loved our travels together watching Ben and Colin play soccer and I will always be thankful for his great contribution to the cedar valley youth soccer growth. My sympathy to Kim Kate and Ben. God bless.

I'm so sorry to hear this news. You two were the epitome of a steadfast loving relationship. RIP Steve!

My teacher, my dentist, my friend. What a great guy. Nothing but pleasant memories. RIP Steve, you will be missed.

What an amazing person and what a remarkable life. I´m so fortunate to get to know and work with Dr. Milne. Best job I´ve had. His remarkable dentistry, quick wit, and hilarious storytelling remain dear to me. Thinking of you during this sad time.
