Read MoreStephen was a wonderful quiet person I knew as an employee for Massachusetts dept of Transportation for many years. When I heard the news almost a year ago I was heart broken and shocked because he was such a nice person. May his soul rest in peace. He is surely missed and may his loved ones find grace and support to go on.
