Stephen was a wonderful quiet person I knew as an employee for Massachusetts dept of Transportation for many years. When I heard the news almost a year ago I was heart broken and shocked because he was such a nice person. May his soul rest in peace. He is surely missed and may his loved ones find grace and support to go on.

All my love to both my sister, Jeannie and my nephew, Stephen. I will miss you for the rest of my life.
