Not sure what to say?

Steve will always be my best friend, I wanted to know you when we got old. I´m there now and I´m still missing you

To Steve's family and friends: As another summer approaches, I can't help but think back to the "funtastic" days spent with Steve, Marcus, Mike Perkins, Mike Falabella, Martin Hackley, Joe Lowenthal and so many others! Pat Gilbert used to say we were living our never-ending "Summer of 42." And after taking a deeper dive, I realize that most of it centered around Steve! He brought us together. He touched a lot of lives---and it was all good. How many times did we hit the waves at Davis St.,...

Is the surf great up there ? I was at what would have been your 50th EHS Class Reunion last weekend. Know, you were in the minds of many . I heard your name both Friday & Saturday night. Steve.... you left a remarkable & enduring impression on so many ! Old friend... Margaret Frankenberg-Dieter

I will always remember Steve. He was a great sailer. I was a crew on board his sailboat, "Ashley brook". We did many regattas together on St John's river and on the Atlantic Ocean. Had a great time with him. I have taken many photos of our journey together. If any one is interested of a copy of our sailing journey, please call me. Look me up and leave a message. Miss you Steve. Rest in peace, until we meet again. Frank.

I didn't have the words then, and I don't have them now..... A wonderful person and I was all the better for having known him. I send thoughts and prayers to all who grieve him still.

Lori Katterhenry, classmate at EHS

Gosh, how nice to be able to draw Steve up out of my mind - I can hardly believe he has been gone so long - he was a vivacious, brilliant young man @ Englewood High- seeing this picture makes me smile and remember him as a teenager. Continue to rest, Steve.

Always remembered....
