Not sure what to say?

My sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Steve. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of a fellow classmate. We went to Palma High together and I remember his antics in freshman history class. I'm sure he's making someone up there smile.

To Barbara, Gary and family: I have moved away from the Monterey/Salinas area, but try to follow the Salinas news on line. I was so sorry to read about your loss. May God bless you through this difficult time. We have to know there was a reason that the Lord called Stephen home. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Steve was not only my dear friend, but also a childhood friend of my brother's who we've both known and loved for 35 years. He was such a kind, gentle person who never had a bad word to say about anyone and he is surely up in heaven having the BEST ride of his LIFE! We will see you again my friend!

We are very blessed to have known Steve, if even for such a short time. We admired his patriotism to country, and his dedication to family, and most of all, his optimism and outgoing personality. We know Steve has made heaven a brighter destination for us all, and we look forward to meeting him there. May God comfort you, Chris and the rest of your family, and give you perpetual strength. We're right next door, lean on us whenever you need to.

Barb, Gary,
Mike and I send our condolences to you and your families. While the loss of a loved one is never easy, it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from you too soon.
