Not sure what to say?

Karen,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you dear lady.
Jim and Mary Hastings

I first met Steve when he played for Alison King's band, "Spenard Philharmonik". As the lead guitarist for the Mike Olson Band, he was always anxious to learn more to better his musicianship, whether it be taking his wife Karen to see & hear the Ken Peltier Band, or to swap mentorship with country guitarist extraordinaire Robin Howard, or to learn to play the pedal steel guitar after watching & listening to Stu Schulman.
Goodbye Steve!

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Steve was an honest and a fun guy. I'm truly sad I didn't push harder to put that jam together we talked about, but I'm so grateful we bumped into each other a few months ago at Henry's while catching a KCC gig, cause we had a chance to sit and relax and talk guitar/music and recovery together for a few hours.
I'm really going to miss Steve ... but the memory of his kindness and honesty has left me inspired to to be a better person, as well as a more soulful player.
See you...

Karen & family Steve was a good man; so sorry for your loss.

To Steve's family-
I want you to know that I will miss Steve Q, and I credit his being a part of my life as a part of my recovery.I will always remember his humility, and directness.Steve inspired me to be committed to life, and to my GOD.
I am honored to have known him.VKA

Don and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to Steve's family. We knew Steve through the music community, and liked him very much. He was highly regarded both as a talented musician and a fine human being. Heaven is a richer place, as he is surely there, and the choir of angels is surely singing a little brighter with him in the band. Steve will be missed here on earth.

Steve spoke honesty, openness and willingness and I am happy that his suffering is over, but sad that we are left here without his wonderful, life offering words

Hello Karen, my condolences go out to you and the rest of Steve's family. He was a very well mannered, caring loved man here in our office at Dr.Beal's. I will surely miss hearing his stories and exspecially his guitar stories. Our thoughts our with you. Dr. David Beal, Verona Williams, Laurie Tanner, Shelby Newbrough, Brenda Boyden, Wason Suppayosamorn.
