Sad to hear about Timmy, my condolences to his friends and family. I had but a brief time with Timmy while I was at UVA, but our stories connected us for ages. Just a couple of cowboys who could share how to drink out of creeks and even water holes with our bandanas as a rough filter. We rode horses due to his kindness of sharing. Timmy was a childhood friend of mine. He was a wonderful person.

The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about Mr. Smith´s passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.

Hello...although we had lost track of one another, over the years, I can say that my memories of Timmy Smith were always of a kind man who loved a good laugh! I hope his great smile will carry you all through this difficult time.

Please know that I remember Timmy as my favorite brother-in-law. I looked forward to his hugs and wonderful sense of humor. I am keeping the family in my prayers during this sad time. God bless Timmy.
