Stephen was a memorable individual. I was first acquainted with him many years ago (the old High School Field) when I was with Pete Clarence, Mike Dalton, Tom Albright, ... Recently we renewed the acquaintance at Seven Stars at the Tuesday coffee group. He was a thoughtful, sincere gentleman who appeared to have enjoyed his teaching career and his garden work with the students. The world is a little less without "Weffe".
